The Nigerian music industry has witnessed uniqueness of style over the years, little wonder the new boys on the block are given us some music to groove around with. From fireboy to joeboy, it's just been a banger from their unique style. 
Juxtaposing both music 'Fireboy-Jealous and Joeboy's- Baby' one can infer that there's a new definition of LOVE MUSIC in the Afriquentertainment and we seem to not be able to get enough of em. In recent times we've seen the uniqueness of love genre in artists like BOJ, BLACK MAGIC, NONSO AMADI and many others. 

However,  this post aims at giving an in-depth analysis of JOEBOY'S-BABY on a subjective level. 
NOTE this post isn't aimed at maligning an artist or the music neither is it made to give over rated appraisal to a music, rather, it is a subjective opinion of fans who sat together to analyse an Afrique sound. 
                                                         BASIC APPRAISAL
MESSAGE- 7/10. Fair enough Joeboy sent out his message of a superman kinda love. Yea! There's nothing he wouldn't do for love, futher questioning his lover on whether or not his love will be requited this he did by resounding the lines 'wetin be that, nothing i can't do for my baby' and when he asks 'baby shey you go dey for me' meaning (Lover will you be there for me). So far we have a beautiful message passed without too much rhetorics.
Sound- pitch,tempo,vocals 7/10. Joeboy's unique sound makes one constantly put the jam on repeat. It's a sound to get stuck on. Tempowise well, I think nearly perfect will be the adjective for it while the vocals where quite quirky it made it the more unique.
